ATI Radeon IGP 345m Driver

I have a Compaq nx9010 note book with a ATI Radeon IGP 945m video card. It came loaded with Windows XP but I have to use Windows NT, however I can not get any driver to work with NT. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to make this video card work with NT. Thanks!
