i installed a new video card and sound card and ever since the computer keeps rebooting itself. It seems to not reboot as much if the case is open (and if my window is open). HELP.

Check and see if the fan on the processor is still working. Heat can cause that problem.

Hope this helps,

well, open the case and turn a floor fan on it for the time being. then get sandra from somewhere online and run it.

well this might be something. on my motherboard my Negative 12V meter is at +0.57

Could be your power supply crapping out. If the video card is a more powerful card, then it probably is demanding more power from your power supply, which possibly can't handle it and is crapping out. Do you know what your power supply is rated at?
