after u are done with all that she said at least for 3 times in a row on the same day and make sure u disable the swap file on all drives (if more than one u have) when u are done with the at least 3 defrag's u can enable it back. would be good to create a partition two times and a half your ram's size on the begining of your windows drive so windows can swap faster if u r low on ram. fire up windows task manager and whatch for any suspicious process taking too much of your cpu time and wolfing down huge amount's of memory.
IT WOULD HELP US VERY VERY VERY MUCH TO KNOW!!!
processor speed?
amount of system ram
hard disk rpm? 5200, 7200?
wanna go even faster try scsi drives
i know the first time u boot windows it is very fast ... but then comes the internet and that's why we should check for spyware like she said
spybot is free and spywareblaster is also free and spywareguard is a very good real time spyware blocking app just like norton autoprotect
forgive me...by she i mean redwench girl (whatever that mean)
gook luck
and if all fails u do have that baseball bat somewhere in your garage dont ya?

Posting the same topic in several locations isn't going to get you a faster response...
