how to get my dreamcast to work?

I just recently got a dreamcast from someone....he included the boot disk and just burnt games for me. i recently went out and bought some games and were not able to play regular games on it. it plays the burnt ones just fine, it just restarts itself when i put in a regular game. can anyone help?

no.......i just tried to play them and they wouldn't play...

We do not support modded systems here at OTS. I would suggest buying a unmodded/used Dreamcast from somewhere else and you wouldn't have these kind of issues.
