Can not open MY COMPUTER or INTERNET EXPLORER

If someone could please help me!!!!!!! I operate on windows XP and just recently I tried to open MY COMPUTER and it gave me a error and then my screen went blank except for my wallpaper and then it all came back up. this also happens when i try to open internet explorer! please help me

did you try rebooting and running the maintenance software?

So this is what I'd tell my customer....
The easiest thing for you to do is run System Restore and restore your computer to a time when your IE was working.
Thats the quickest fix I can offer.

Are you getting the error message that says " This module was compiled with a trial version of Delphi. This trial has expired" ?
