Blocked Senders List in Message Rules of Win98

Is there a way to select all the items in the Blocked Senders list in the Message Rules of Win98 in order to delete them all at once. All and I can do right now is select each one individually and it is taking forever.

Unfortunately, there really isn't any easy way to do that except one by one.
Wish it was easier.
