Its for games only, theres no net browsing, IM, Email(yet). Do you have any PS2 online games?

I know its just for gaming at the moment. I haven't got any online PS2 games as of yet .That's why I'm looking for input are the online games for PS2 worth it, is it a good platform for online gaming...etc?
I Heard SoCom2 rocked.

I havent played the Socom games, but ive heard good things. Socom 2 is the most popular PS2 online game right now. I was beta for Socom 2 but they didnt send me a headset with it, so I never played(wasnt gonna go buy them just to play that). I was beta for FFXI, while I didnt care much for FFXI, Tetra Master was pretty nice. Ive also got Twisted Metal: Black Online. Its got several modes and you can play all the cars, I think 8 or 12 people in a game at once. Im waiting on 2 games to come that both have online play, Tony Hawk's Undergrond and Need For Speed Underground. All EA Games for consoles are online for PS2 only.
Some of the upcoming online games I know of off hand - FFXI/Tetra Master, Gran Turismo 4, Lord of the Rings: Return of the King, and Resident Evil: Outbreak.
