Why won't my updated sig show up in my "Does anyone know" post. Is it because you closed the thread? It was a pretty dumb post anyway so I guess the sig saying something stupid like "yes" doesn't really matter. I'm still trying to figure out how that got there anyway, since I did not know how to use it at the time I made that post.

Signatures won't update themselves since their variables are different than the variables used for the post ranks, avatars, etc. They are saved on static HTML pages and will remain static unless you edit it.
Hence, your signature stays there even though you change it after the fact.
And there was a small glitch with the UBB a while back, which caused all those "yes" in the signatures.
