XBOX - Copy saves to memory unit?

How the hell do I copy the saves that are on the hard drive to a memory unit? Is that even possible? For games that use the memory unit, how do you get the game to save to the memory unit instead of the hard drive?
Any info is helpful. Thanks in advance!
