Video: Card is ATI Rage 3d Pro 2x AGP, however in device manager it comes up as ATI Rage Xpert 98 I believe after I installed a new driver.
Sound: Onboard POS
Here's the problem, I bought a Savage IX agp with tv out recently, went to put it in, computer boots, get a beep error, computer hangs, then shuts itself off, I later determine this is because it's not seeing the video card and does the same without a video card in the slot with all display drivers uninstalled. I assumed the card to be DOA and contact seller who says he has a VGA to s video convertor cable(not the convertor boxes, a standard 15pin cable with a composite and s video connector on the other end) he could send me as a refund seeing as he didn't have another card The card was under $10 anyway, yeah I'm cheap, the cable seemed feasible but I don't if the ATI card will be able to recognize it. It seems pretty straightforward but I really could use some input because if it doesn't it will only increase the amount of time before I can beat all of mine friends in Super dodge ball.
