the system has recovered from a serious error

I was wondering if somene can help. I recently bought a PC from Time. Everything is fine except that when I play games about 5minutes in the system will reboot and a messgae says that it has recovcered from a serious error.
I have checked the Event logs as follows.

I have checked the error report from Microsoft and it says that the CPU has encountered a hardware failure from within the PC.
Although, when I use Windows it is ok. Can somebody help. I have an ATI Radeon 9200 256MB.
AMD Athlon XP 3000+
320GB HDD.
Soundblaster Audigy 2.
1024MB RAM.
I hate to think that this is a hardware problem. any suggestions? I would appreciate any assistance.

probably heat. get sisoftsandra and run it.
