401 Authorization Required

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

I just purchased a software to download and I am getting the following error from the download site:

Authorization Required
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.


--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Apache/1.3.27 Server at download.ligos.com Port 80

I purchased it so I should have authorization to the site. I think I need to know how to make my browser understand how to supply the credentials required.

Any suggestions???


Oh here are my PC Specs:

Pentium MMX (mobile) 200MHz Ext.clock: Win32_Processor.ExtClock MHz
Windows XP Home Edition U.S. English 5.1 (build 2600 Service Pack 1)
Memory: 96 Mb (97 844 Kb)

"Authorization required" messages have nothing to do with your computer... it has to do with the company's server and whether or not they've allowed you to access it.
