I can get you a used TM M16A2 for alot less than that.. but it needs work..

I was getting worried. 9mm's are a joke to me. And the .40 isn't a bad round. But I'll stick with the 10mm Ruger Blackhawk we have. It's a Buckeye blackhawk 10mm/38-40 convertable. But if I was going with an automatic, it'd definetly be my dads. I've shot a S&W .40 auto, didn't like it much, but I'd still take dad's p90 .45 acp over the .40

And as for you Laggy.. If you would have bought me that T1 line, I would have gotten you that Carrera GT you've been wanting :P

Guns are fun.. when handled right and by people of sane mind..
one of the deciding factors in the long discussed 9mm vs .40 cal argument was the fact that my best friend owns not 1 but 2 .40 cal pistols (Sig 229 and Glock 22) and if I purchased a gun using the sam caliber we would be able to reduce amunition costs by buying in larger quantity's and in the future reloading our own rounds..
Also did some more research.. Ruger makes a good product.. and seems to have a wide array of semi auto pistols available.. after 3 hours of research.. and going to the local gun shop I have made my mind up.. Ruger K944 I like the look. the feel.. and the styling of the pistol it is .40 cal..

I am also looking at accesories.. a nice holster that will hold the gun and the extra magazine..

What about shooting skeet?
That is considered a sport, granted it's a precursor to shooting say some type of airborne animal.
I have a bunch of .22 rifles/pistols and a shotgun, but all I use it for is target shooting.
So for me it is just a hobby/sport nothing more.
I even run a site dedicated to nothing but rimfire rifles.

Christmas wasn't that bad, beside the fact of one of my "friends" who was at our christmas eve party we have every yr put a virus in my aim account, and erased my profile which took me about a day to create( yes, it really did, yes I know, I'm crazy)
The things I didn't get were:
1. Stronghold expansion
2. An actual samurai sword from Japan that my uncle said he might send me if he could find it.
3. A scanner
4. A wolf (seriously, someone I know owns 2 domesticated wolves, and they might have puppies)
