Email problems

Hi. I can't seem to find anyone that can help me let alone reply to my messages. For the past four months or so I have not been able to access my email account redraven022002@yahoo.com. I can access everything else but check email or compose messages. I have very important stuff going to this email account like my school stuff for one and I find it extremely aggravating to say the least. I have checked my computer for worms and hijacking problems and there is nothing coming up. I can access my other two email accounts which has me quite confused. I have tried everything I know but with no success. I really need to start accessing this account as soon as possible and if you know how I can get a hold of the right people or if you can help fix the problem, I would appreciate it if you could keep in contact with me through my irisheyesweeping@yahoo.com account. Thank you.

What kind of error are you getting when you try to access your yahoo account? I think that your question is kinda vague. If you could post more details, i think that we could be of more help.

Hi. I will be more than happy to restate my problem that I am receiving from my account. When I try to sign in through the sign in page, my dial-up computer lights stop flashing and about two minutes later a page cannot be displayed pops up or it just times out. However, I am not getting this on my other two yahoo accounts. I am able to access everything else in my redraven account (groups, my yahoo, etc., etc.) but am simply unable to open my actual email account in order to read or send my emails. I have even tried accessing my account on other computers, but the same thing happens. It is almost as if I have been bocked to view my messages or send messages out. I have conected my redraven account with one of my other accounts to see if that would work, but it's the same thing. Again, I have no worms or viruses of any sort nor has my computer been hijacked. If you can help I would appreciate it. I appologize for being wordy and some what confusing. Take care!
