randomly restarts!!!

ok... i poseted a while ago (http://www.opentechsupport.net/foru...&threadid=20210) look there for pc info... and the problem was fixed temporarily but now it is happeneing again.. but barley 2 mins after starting computer... this is the error in the event log

i am surprised it hasnt frozen or restarted already

and also... why does my sound sometimes just stop working sometimes while i am on team speak... it just stops working for all programs.. i dont no if it is nexessarily teamspeak making it do this but ts is on when it happens
