Hotmail don't work!!!!

Hi all, when i use the link hotmail.com the usual web page opens, but when i sign in it just give this msg " The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings. "
i used the other pc, it worked, but when i try the 1st pc it give me the same msg, i've tried to sign in with many accounts and the same problem show up. anybody can help me here?

You should delete your temporary internet files and also delete your cookies
