How do u get those pictures of diffirent things under ur names on ots?

Those little things are called 'avatars', and to change your avatar, click on "User Control Panel" in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. Then choose 'Edit Options'. Near the bottom of the options, there is a place where you can choose or change your avatar.
