If you have lots of knicks and marks all over your house, be it anything EXCEPT treadmarks on walls, then it works. it actually works! get it, very cool. you will see all kinds of things disappear like magic, no matter what the obstacle, it gets it done. I wonder what its made out of though. Whatever it is, don't combine it with chlorine, cuz it says so. (Ammonia based, probably) so get out and try it!
Edit: here's a warning though. The thing is basically an über-fine sandpaper block. Be careful in areas where the paintjob isn't that thick, or you'll have a little paintless hole there. Also, it takes off finish, so watch out for that as well.

We bought some when we just sold our old house to use when cleaning up. Worked magic on any marks on the walls, floors, and pretty much anything else we found marked up.
