MSN.... what the hell?

So, I (my parents) subscribe to MSN dialup service. They dont use it much, so they dont complain. Ok.

Well, my primary email account is via that msn account. With the new MSN 8 and MSN 9, they've incorporated the mail feature into their Üuber lame, AOL-esque web broswer. Yuck. I dont use that. I still view my msn mail through msn's website (the main reason for this is because I'm at school now and I dont need to use MSN anymore).

Anywho, I just logged into my msn account via msn.com and after I click "mail" to enter my inbox, I'm greeted by an obnoxious, full screen honda ad, complete with audio. What the hell?

Bottom line: MSN can ram it. I can understand the ad for a non paying hotmail user, but considering that I was logged in as a paying msn user... the ad is just ridiculous.

MSN and Aol used to have 2 things in common - Subscriber Ads and Broadband. Now MSN just has Subscriber ads.
