Halo Dedicated Server

My problem is that my computer is on a router and thus is assigned an IP address that the rest of the world cannot see. I would like to somehow either set up the computer or set up the router to give my PC an Internet IP address so that I can run a Halo server that can be accessed by anyone either by the game name or by directly typing in the IP.

Try fowarding port 2302 to the computer that is hosting.
