Scipting Resources

Aight guys. I need some resourse for scipting languages. You know the basic language tutorials and such. I recently install mySOL, myODBC driver, mySQL admin, mySQLcc, PHP, ActivePERL, ASP.Net, phpMyAdmin, and IIS 5.0 on my home computer to start leaning how to script my own tools and form for some projects I got in mind.
Why did I install all this stuff on my home computer instead of my webhost? I'm sick of haveing to upload files just to debug them....
I need some good tutorial sites for the following please.
PHP - Language referances - tutorials - mySQL pgSQL database minipulation referances.
PERL - Language referances - tutorials - mySQL pgSQL database minipulation referances.
ASP - Language referances - tutorials - mySQL pgSQL ACCESS database minipulation referances.
All I really need the sites for is language referances since im a proficient programmer in C++ and vB. I got some nice projects in mind. Which i'd like to provide in multiple languages.
Not to mention Trekpsycho who is my RL father is starting a part time web design bussiness. I'd like to be able to do all the server side sciprting for him, and for his clients.
For my own benifits systemoverload.net is almost ready to be released and I'd like to write some custom scripts to help me manage it, and clients to manage content and preferances.

The site www.codeproject.com is a good resource. There are thousands of programers there that'll help. They also have tons of guins and stuff.
