im a newcomer... and heard the site from a friend. thanks for creating something like diz one coz im a pc and console game slave. an anime addict, too. c( ;
this site will really be a big help for me so i wana say "thank you so much" for that....
hope to hear from artists out there for im like you... i love illustrations and photography.
i always have my five doggie bodyguards and two "tsismosang" african lovebirds with me for they are my best buddies in the world! "tamagochi" (my iguana interpreter) had just left me for he already flew to heaven... (sumalangit nawa). miss that dude...
nyways... i think its all for now...

hmm i do remeber canis telling us about certain treats from back home. one of them was (i believe) a duck egg that is partially incubated, cracked and eaten with rock salt. heh that does sound interesting

i remember one show i watched in axn, they called it as "aborted duck fetus" (local name:"balut") and considered it as "one of the world's freakiest food". it may seem pretty yucky to those who haven't tasted it yet... but believe me dudes, you'll will certainly ask for more... c( ;
"baluut... penoy....baluuut... la la la la la...."
(we even have a song for that one....)

and to sir covenantazkiker, have you tasted other flip delicacies? know that "1 day old" chix? its almost the same as balut, but outta d shell and deep fried. dip in either sweet n sour sauce or the famous vinegar con native labuyo dip.. hehehe... c( ;
(wana excuse to those who find these yucky but these foods actually exists and its been a part of our culture now... proud of it!)

lol @ Gerbilo! hehehe wel....how about those fried and crispy farm rats!?!?! in the southern philippines they usually hunt those farm rats coz they destroy the crops of the farmers..they hunt them all down then cook it for dinner! after dinner.......they serve the fried rats as "PULUTAN"....INUMAN NA!!! lol

no prob. i was also allergic to beer when i was on my pre-teen days but i beat my body into submission by getting drunk during summer vacation! im in no way saying you should try that though...
