The Go-L flamewar/controversy

First off, if you dont know who Go-L is, take a few minutes and look around their website.

Lots of pretty things, and big prices.
Now ever since this company first showed up, theres been controversy. Their original website copied apple.com, which they later changed to what it is now. Important info about some of their products has been false and had to be changed along with money refunded to some people, such as advertising their laptops as having dual channel DDR, which it didnt, etc.
Anyways, take a bit and have a look at the flame war between this Go-L rep and some 1337 dude's on this forum, its quite funny

I have puchased from then it was nearly 10 months ago but i have had zero problems with the 2 3.5's... but when all the other tech prices kept falling and theres climbed a bit the purchasing stopped. Cust Serv it a joke ( i mean i truely laughed at them once i got to speak to a real person )
Long story short...keeping the machines i have not getting more

How could you have purchased from them 10 months ago? They werent selling anything then. What exactly did you buy?
