Black and White HELP!

I know this is an old game but it will not start up...
I exceed the requirements for the game by quite a bit but it says I have
-1924 MHZ when i have 2390 MHZ and it denies me access to the game. If anyone understands what I should do it would be very appreciated if you could help me.

Yes it does.
Download the crack for it. If you search on google, you should be able to find it. I would give the link (even in just a PM, but i really don't remember it and I've already cleared my cache).

It should. Win2K is NT based.
