Medal of honor vid problem

i just bought a new vid card...GeForce fx 5900 agp//when i am in the game in certain areas the display freaks out and i cant see anything but black and brown "triangles" etc..the only way this stops is to reduce the texture quailty to low but then the area are hard to see...can someone tell me the problem or suggest another driver that will allow me to view high textures with out the trash..thanking you for your help in advance
