Asheron's call 2 Resuscribing problem..

Hello people. I've already posted my problem on AC2HQ.com, but there's no real helpful responses coming in =).. so Yeah.. I'm posting it here too :O)
Well I reinstalled Ac2. and I was ready to play my account again. Well, i log in my .NET account, and then the next window has a dropdown menu which reads "12.95" or some price like that, you know.. I had to choose what payment I wanted, well.. I chose the ONE Option and I hit next.
when I hit next, an error message appears which reads "The account specified is not active"
I was a bit annoyed.. I posted my problem on www.ac2hq.com and I got a reply which said go to https://billing.microsoft.com/lang/...%2fDefault.aspx
I tried that and I logged in there, according to my billing information the credit card was registered or something.. so I updated with a different credit card.. well, now it says ACTIVE.. but when I try to run ac2, I get the same error message.. It's odd. It hasnt been 24 hours yet, but I'd expect a company like microsoft to do things promptly when it involves them receiving money..
If anybody knows how I can fix this i'd REALLY appreciate it.
oh yeah..
Pentium III, 512DDR RAM, Geforce4, Windows ME, nothing special.

usually for online games of the sort like ac, im pretty sure they charge you at the end of the month, so technically they dont have your money yet. but really i dont know how to help ya, i would contact them.
