New video card

My new video card is due here tuesday. 9800 Pro. I currently have an FX5200. My question is can i just install the catalyst drivers over my nvidia drivers or do i have to manually remove the nvidia drivers. I don't want to reinstall xp if i dont have to.

Just remove the nVidia drivers from the add/remove window and run either Detonator Destroyer, Nasty File Remover, or Driver Cleaner to remove any remains.

Thanks so much i knew there was a way to do it without reinstalling xp, just didn't know how.
