Hello, I guess it's my turn to say Hi. I'm Krystyl, my very tempermental SO is Pagan (who is threatening to commit computricde aginst my machine)
The moderator of one of the Yahoo groups intercepted his rant and suggested someone here could help - see post about that.
It looks like an intersting site.
We are childless, less'n you count the four-legged kind. He is a retired, chain-smoking internet addict.
I am a laid-off management and database design student (about april of 05, if all goes well)
We are both into handcrafting - knitt, crochet, embrodery, bead, necklace making, leatherworking, macrame, hook-rug, ceramics, when we quit skating on the edge of busted (that's the red side, not hte black) we will probbaly start playing with crafting again, and learning new things.
In other fronts, we both enjoy reading, are into easy listening, and argue about what a good show consists of.
He tends to drink the pot dry at the local steak and shake (and if anyone wants to soothe his always ruffled feathers with a happy birthday, it is the 7th of this month-Feb, make hte subject line something like Happy Birthday Pagan from OTS so we don't throw hte message straight into the trash.)
My first computer was a freebie in 99 - an 8088 without an OS installed, I was teaching myself DOS when the same friends gave us a PS/2. The first one I bought was a 486 with a 3G drive - ddn't take long to full that one up.
And now, I've got a current model hodgepodge (we had to replace hte box and just dropped it into the existing set=up. Now I know who I will not get my set-up from when I finally get my dream-business running.
We had some friends who introduced us to D&D, got all the way up to third level, and the group fell apart - would love to find a group tha twould start from scratch and teach us all hte way up to psionics (if an Elf is half earth elf and half other-dimensional elf, does that qualify to allow use of psionics? IF not, I will have to rewirte her profile again.)
This is probably long enough so will clear to the side. home addy is dragonasbreath@hotmail.com and I check hte junk files farily regularly to resurrect our messages that dear old msn is protecting us from. ah well.

Is there any particular reason it keeps letting me check hte length of post?
And in about 10 months the subsiance will run out and I will be looking for a paying job

it looks to be an intersting site - now if there were a bunch from my neck of hte wood who do D&D...
course our time is much more constrained, but weekends are still ususally good - except this Saturday when we are going to be at Beatniks pretending to have a birthday gathering (how pretend depends on how many show up)
