aol easy designer

I have an aol homepage and i can edit and work on it from my work computer using easy designer but when i try it from my home pc i cant add anything ... easy designer opesn and when i click add text the box opens but wont let me type anything ... same goes for pics ... anyone know why??? also i saw a post regarding YGPAPPLNF.DLL when i try to put a pic in my journal same thing pops up says i should re install .. dont know how to though .

No one answered?? I'm having similar problems also. Easy designer page won't load up with AOL 9or 7.
Microsoft Internet explorer will. but can not type or use Control V to copy & paste to script editor window.
AOL tecks ran me around the bushes for 3 weeks. All their suggestions did not work. They ran out of suggestions. Finally it was, Call your Mfg, Ha.
Reinstall operating system. Ya sure. WE can't fix it , that's true.
When the say they will report this to AOl. I believe that means, good by don't bother us anymore. I had to hire my puter guy to come & reload Java. Yes a AOL teck said to uninstall first (In XL that is a No No)
My teck guy could not get Easy designer to work either. So what chance do I have. Good luck with yours.
