Second hardrive

I installed a second hardrive.I want to move a program from the first hardrive to the new one. Can I and how do I do it? Using Windows XP. Thanks

The first thing that you want to try is simply to select the folder of the install and click move, then select the destination. This does not always work because windows is wierd like that.
The second option is to intstall the program on the second drive, then copy the orignal installation to that directory so that the file remain intact but the registry values are set correctly. Then uninstall the original program.

i concur. a simple drag and drop usually works, although you may need to reinstall it. a registry cleaner will correct the registry entries if the install is particularly cumbersome, or if youre moving a lot of programs.
