I have an emachine. Everytime I turn it on is gives me the message about no disk in drive\Device/hardisk5\dr7
And now it is very slow

Man, im not a techie in anyway but even i was scared by E-machines. Those hae to be the crappiest PCs ive ever laid eyes on. I was initally attracted to tehm but by the time i read reviews on PCworld and other sites i was scared silly of that brand-name.
