Problems Publishing Blogger...

I'm having difficulties getting my site to load after I changed it to an FTP account. Now when I preview my template, the changes show up, but they don't appear on my actual website. I keep publishing but it does no good for me. Nothing has loaded in two days and I'm beginning to wonder if it's something I typed into the Site Feed or the Publishing information. Someone please help if you know what is going on.
