out of office assistant

It automatically sends a reply to each email ... the wording is a little misleading but it works fine. There is an email sent back to whomever sent you the email regardless of how many they have sent during that time period.

Listen if you don't know what your talking about you have no business replying to this thread. The reason it says Auto reply only once to each sender IS BECAUSE IT REPLIES ONLY ONCE TO EACH SENDER!!!!!!!

You are correct, but...
This should be in the software forum and you should identify what version of Office you are using. I'm assuming you want help with MS Office and not Windows 2000/NT/XP.
If you don't want wrong answers, then try to be a little more specific in your questions. This is why you are not getting any help. And please tone down your attitude. Nobody gets paid for providing help.

I am running exchange server 2003 and outlook 2000 as the client.
I have been told it will actually send a new reply once a week if the sender continues to send email that is can you confirm this?

No I can't. I've never seen it do that.
I also use Outlook 2000 on an Exchange system. And in my "Out of Office Assistant" the option says:
AutoReply only once to each sender with the following text:
The only way I can see to get around that is to create a rule in the Out of Office Assistant. Set it so any email "Sent directly to me" or "Copied (Cc) to me" replies with a custom email.

Whatever dude. I went ahead and did some research for you, but next time I won't waste your time again. Its a shame I had to put my first person on ignore.
My findings:
Verified that it still works for me so, yes, I do know what I'm talking about. I also found no reference to the once a week reply. Every email I sent to the Out-of-Office account was replied to, multiple times in just a few short minutes. This test was done using both another Exhange account and a webmail account.
Hope this helps and isn't wasting your time.

But mine doesn't seem to react the same way I wonder if it's a global setting on the server that has to be changed? so far all I get is one response per sender adress!
