Deny internet access?....

I need to know how to deny internet access to certain
users on my Windows XP Professional Workstation. Can I do
this by group, or by individual user? It's a single PC with multiple users. I need to deny just the one user internet access. Thanx in advance!

Add the DENY permission to the file %programfiles%\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe for the user you don't want to run it.

You'd also have to do that for all other apps that can access the net (P2P apps, IM programs, Netscape, Mozilla, etc.)
