Wc3 Problem With Cd Key

Basically what happened is have the cd installed on this computer. I want to install it on my laptop, but i've lost the top of the case w/ the cd key on it.
1) Is there any way to find out the cd key from the currect version installed on this cpu?
2) If not, is there any way i can get a new one, or do i have to buy another copy of the game? :-\

You can use this program to find out what your Reign of Chaos/Frozen Throne CD-keys are if the game is still installed on a computer:

In the meantime, you can send in for a new CD-key if you still have the game's manual:

And when you send in your cd-key, your old one will be disabled. The one with the cdkey grabber sounds better to ME...

Yes, if you choose to send in for a new CD-key, you have to send in $10 to cover shipping and handling costs.
How is the old CD-key being disabled a problem? Kostramus gets the new key, he reinstalls the game with it, and everything is good again.
Using the CD-key grabber is just a quicker way to find out what the CD-key is.
