right click freezes explorer

when ever i right click on a folder now it freezes explorer and i have to restart explorer. i can right click on files but not folders. I found no viruses.
any ideas?

ooh, i had this exact same problem once. it was a program i installed to view tga files with transperancy. it added a shortcut to the right click menu. it was fixed after i uninstalled the proggy.
the folder / file thing. might be a clue as to what program might have done something. maybe try a bunch of different files. and use the sort by date in program files to see what you installed last.
