Switching NT 4.0 Terminal Server to Install mode

Can anyone tell me how to switch the Windows Terminal Server to Install mode on Windows NT 4.0?
I want to install a burner and the installation is telling me I need to update Internet Explorer from the burner software, but it says I need to have NT switched to Install mode to do it.
