hyperlink creation software

is there any software that would allow me to create hyperlinks, because it is difficult for me to create manualy links to over 100 images

Any WYSIWYG editor like frontpage or dreamweaver would let you change links.
Then ditors like aceHTML pro or lite, is a good program that lets you change links.
