Help Please!

I've finished Act 1 and am having problems with the Cinematics CD. I have an old Mac and the cd player (I'm not sure what it's called, sorry  doesn't open when it asks you to insert the Cinematics disc. Do I need to reinstall? I'd really like to go on to the next Act. I'd appreciate any help! Thanx for your time!

If you reinstall and load all the cinematics during the install (it should be an option), you won't have to worry about this. A reinstall won't hurt any of your saved characters; they're saved in a different place than the game files are.
