My netwaiting doesn't work at all. What are some things I should check?

first, you need to be getting call waiting from your phone company. you also must have it ENABLED while youre online. the modem may be disabling it when dialing out, you will have to check your connection properties. you have to have a v.92 modem. it will work to varying degrees, depending on if youre dialing up to a v92 or a v90 server.
