Weird Problem with Metal Gear Solid 2 PC

I just installed MGS2 for the PC. I start the game up, but I get to picture. The sound is tottaly insync with no lag in it, and I can control the menu, and start the game with no picture. Help?

Try updating the drivers for your video card.
