I am looking for that program to show the basic in learning win 98 that appear in win98 start up (Discover win98). Is it available somewhere off line or as a download anywhere. It is to help a lady to learn by herself and is not connected for now. Thanks so much

I believe if you press Ctrl+Alt+Insert or Ctrl+Alt+Home it should pop up.

do you mean it is available offline on win 98 OS(Operating System).
