new video card for e-machine w1500

i am looking to buy a new video card for my pc. its an e-machine model w1500. on the front of the tower it says
s3 prosavage 8
available agp slot.
now i am pretty sure that it has prosavage intigrated into the system already. but when i try to play microsoft combat flight simulater it gets glitchy. kinda freezes up and then takes off again further into the action. my question is will a new and better video card solve my problem and if so can you tell me a decent card to do the job. and yes price is an object. dont have lots to spend. would like to keep it to about 130$ budget if possible. oh and could you tell me where to find it also. thanks in advance arkansas_hillman

You need a new vid card and ram. The integrated GPU is holding you back quite a bit, but the ram is too. You cant really do a worthwhile upgrade to the 2 of those with just $130 though.
You have 2 ram slots capable of PC2100 DDR. It would be best to upgrade to 512mb or higher. A 512mb PC2100 chip costs around or a little less than $85. It may or may not be compatable with the 128mb stick you have in there now, so that one might have to come out. The single 512mb chip is cheaper than 2 256mb chips.
As for video, a GeForce4 Ti 4800SE or GeForceFX 5600ultra or 5700ultra would be good.
