Halflife

Hello there
I got this problem: I have installed Halflife ..... the game... and it is running quite normal in 5 mins... and then the computer automaticly reboots..... dunno why... and sometimes there is a blue screen coming up with this message: Not to prevent eny more damage the computer is Rebooting.... what could have happend? haven't i installed it correctly...? i uninstalled halflife when uninstalling it i found out that i have installed 2 times.... could it be the problem?....and when the computer reopens there is a little file that allways appear on my computer in the C-driver... everytime it automaticly reboots there are being created a new file
