i had warcraft 2 for a while, but then i lost the case and the warcraft 3 was uninstaleld from my computer. now i have the cd but not the cd-key. i generate a cd-key with a program from kazaa. i installed warcraft but when i try to go to battle net, it say that im trying to connect to an invalid server or that if i have a modem, then try plug it to the phone line. how can i fix this? do ihave to get the original CD key of the CD? or should i just buy a new cd? can someone please help me!!!!!!

1: You can edit your post to fix that instead of double posting
2: The error you are recieving may be a totally different cause
3: The following link should help you with your Cd-Key problem. It's the only blizzard-supported method, besides finding your CD-Key or buying a new game, of getting a new cd-key.
*You should read the "CD-Key missing or damaged" section.*

luis, you're getting that error message because you're trying to connect with a CD-key you got from a CD-key generator. The chances that you'll get a CD-key that works on Battle.net from a keygen are *very* small.
If you have the game's manual, you can send it in for a replacement CD-key:

That's the link that Matt forgot to post.
