Spybot Search and Destroy, but CWShredder should be run first because if CWS variants are removed incorrectly it can cause problems.
There have been some issues with CWShredder doing some sort of damage lately, but by now I would think they have it straightened out.

spybot/adaware remove them correctly, just not always completely, although thats pretty rare. unless you have a cws variant, the shredder is of no use anyway.
if spybot or adaware finds one, just run the shredder afterwards.
