As I get involved in more and more web projects both through work and home I am finding myself torturing people less and less with my crappy graphics and concentrating more on making php/mysql content management systems.

The problem is, in the never ending quest for a better job (something more web orientated and less support orientanted)I am getting asked increasingly often to show off my work. Of course one sign of a good content management system is that to a visitor to the site can't tell that its all generated from an easy to use back end interface! In addition I can't provide prospective employers with an acount to access the back end as that would give them access to other organisations admin sections!

its a bit of a catch 22 situation, I was wondering if anyone had experienced this problem before and had found a way of impressing would be employers without having to give them access to other organisations sites????

Create a demo of you work, and upload it to a sever, and allow them to view per premission only. Kinda like a portfolitl with links of work you have done, then a demo, of just one of the many backends for the sites you have created.
