they all take a Magic Potion that enables them to rmeber. u cld call it an 'Experience Tonic'. Trying to find some meself.

Well, I personally give out advice because it's happened to me and if I've fixed it. I know it works so I give out that advice. As for remembering things, If a problem is frustating enough, trust me you'll remember.
Basically it's what Bunmiadefisayo said bluntly,
Experience.
