Hi!My friend came over the other day and screwed up my icons now the pics are half there and the words are in Spanish what do I do?

You should be able to change your language preferences in your regional settings (control panel). I'm not sure what you mean by half pics.
Are you using large icons, or were you previously? Have you restarted since this happened? What operating system are you using?

If your using windows hit F8 at startup and you can go back into the last good startup. Try that.
