i have a hardwear conflict on a (pci bridge) i have no idea what it is or how to fix it someone please help if you can thank you O'maley

I take it that the Device Manager is saying that you have a hardware conflict there?

What does it say, exactly?

I'm sure what it's saying is that there is a hardware resource conflict, which means that the PCI bridge and another device in your system are trying to use the same IRQ/DMA channel/I-O address space and it's causing a problem.

Do you know what device the PCI bridge is having a conflict with?

What kind of computer do you have?

i have a compaq presario 7360 i dont have a an error showing just under system properties it shows a pci brigde with a conflict i am not good with computers i just now the basic things

If you're not experiencing any problems, there's no harm in just leaving it alone (except knowing that something... somewhere... is just not right).

Problems may arise in the future, though. But that's bound to happen with a computer anyways.
